To ensure high-quality results, logos must meet the following guidelines:
File Requirements
-
Vector format is required for printed logos (e.g., .AI, .EPS, .SVG, high-quality PDF)
-
Clear, high-resolution images are required for embroidery (any file type accepted if clear)
Low-Resolution Files
If a file is low quality, pixelated, or unsuitable for clean reproduction:
-
We will notify you
-
A logo setup fee or redrawing fee will be charged if we need to rebuild your artwork
We are not responsible for poor results caused by customer-supplied, low-quality artwork.
6. Intellectual Property & Verification
By uploading artwork, you confirm that:
-
You own the rights to the logo/design, OR

You have permission from the copyright/trademark owner
If an order looks suspicious, inconsistent, or does not match your contact/business details, we may:
-
Request proof of ownership
-
Ask for written permission
-
Refuse to produce the order until verification is provided
We will not accept liability for any loss caused by delays due to verification checks.
All design files we create (e.g., artwork setups, vectorisation, digitising, design work) remain the intellectual property of Ultimate Workwear unless agreed otherwise.
7. Proofs & Approvals
-
First-time custom orders include an artwork proof.
-
Production begins once you approve the proof.
-
Once approved, no changes or cancellations are permitted.
-
Repeat orders using previously approved artwork go straight into production.
Mockups and previews are visual guides only.
8. Colour & Print Variations
Due to differences in garment batches, inks, threads, fabrics, and screen displays:
-
Colours may vary from digital previews
-
Placement may vary within normal production tolerance
-
Garment colours may differ slightly between sizes or batches
These variations are standard within the apparel decoration industry and do not qualify as defects.

Defining Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions are essential rules that govern the use of a website or service. They outline the rights and responsibilities of both the provider and the users. By accepting these terms, users agree to comply with specific guidelines, which can help prevent misunderstandings. Therefore, having clear Terms & Conditions is crucial for establishing trust and ensuring transparency.
Why Are Terms & Conditions Necessary?
Without Terms & Conditions, businesses may face legal challenges and user disputes. They serve as a legal safeguard, protecting both the users and the business from potential liabilities. Additionally, they ensure users know what to expect and outline the consequences of misuse. In summary, these terms create a safer online environment for all parties involved.
What Should Be Included in Terms & Conditions?
While every set of Terms & Conditions may vary based on specific services, some key elements should be included. These typically involve user rights, limitations of liability, and guidelines for user conduct. This way, users understand their obligations and the company's stance on issues like refunds or dispute resolution. Ultimately, clear and comprehensive Terms & Conditions benefit both the business and its users.
