Returns

Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Customized or personalized items, such as embroidered or printed products, are non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect due to our error.
Process

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Inspection and Approval

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

If the return meets our criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

If the return does not meet our criteria, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Items
