Returns

Eligibility

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  3. Customized or personalized items, such as embroidered or printed products, are non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at 01268 515555 or sales@ultimateworkwear.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Inspection and Approval

  1. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

  2. If the return meets our criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

  3. If the return does not meet our criteria, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Refunds

  • Unused, non-customized items returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Customized or personalized products (e.g., embroidered uniforms, printed workwear).

  2. Items marked as clearance or final sale.

  3. PPE products, such as masks and gloves, for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photographs of the item and packaging for our review. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
